Tonight is the night. Kamala Harris and Donald Trump will meet each other on the debate stage for the first and potentially last time.
Millions of people will certainly watch this prime-time debate. However, far more people will engage with moments from the debate through shorter clips and shared content on social media.
The real winner will be whichever candidate dominates the social media discussion during and after the debate.
So let’s play our part and add our voice. Here is what you can do:
Share our social media content from the debate using our Debate Night Toolkit.
We will update that link throughout the debate with clips and content that can be shared to amplify the right messages and combat Trump’s lies.
The Bottom Line:
Recent polls have told us one thing: People want to hear more about Kamala Harris’ plans.
The most important aspect of this debate will be how Kamala Harris talks about her plans for the future. Swing voters have made their minds up on Trump. They are waiting for Harris to give them a reason to vote for her.
I know she will be ready to do that tonight. We must be ready to help her by adding our voice online.
This is a critical moment. The time to do something is now, please join us tonight.
Seems like the major news commentators are asking more from Harris than from trump. Many say they want policy details from Harris but don’t ask that of trump. Why the double standard?
She did a great job in so many ways, especially on reproductive rights.
On fracking I wish she would acknowledge the dangers of it and say that we have to wean ourselves off of fracking as we increase renewables. It would be a rational reason for not supporting an all out ban.
Another thing i hope she says more about in front of large audiences is track records. Compare policy track records etc. Eg., the only “infrastructure” project trump did while in office was a portion of a wall that he said Mexico would pay for, and it didn’t. Compare that to the Biden - Harris actual infrastructure accomplishments.
