Unfortunately Trump can vote. Since his conviction was in New York, Florida law defers to the law in the state you were convicted in. NY allows felons to vote. So Trump can vote in Florida.
The law allows for Felons to vote after they have served time in prison or if their sentence has been suspended. I guess neither, technically applies to him but I imagine since he is not currently in prison it defaults to letting him vote.
Brian, do you know if trump is allowed to vote? He’s a convicted felon who has not yet served his time…. Just sayin’!

Thank you for your response!
I think you’re right. He’s not currently incarcerated so he has the right to vote. Too bad his sentencing got delayed!
I think NY allows felons to vote only AFTER they’ve done their time. There’s a gray area here because trump has not yet received his sentence.

Harris landslide!
